Is TEFL Heaven accredited?

Short answer: yes, and here's exactly who accredits each course.

Your TEFL is taught in person by our in-country team, in the country you're going to, alongside a paid teaching job that's arranged before you fly.

The courses are externally accredited, and not all by the same body, so here's which is which.

Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, Costa Rica

Taught in person by our in-country team at a TQUK-approved centre, in your destination country, not online.

Madrid

A 180-hour TQUK Level 5 TEFL qualification, on both the EU and the non-EU route.

Mexico

Accredited by the Mexican Secretary of Education (SEP), and taught as a 140-hour in-person course rather than the usual 120 online.

Prague

Accredited and externally monitored by IATQuO, the International Accreditation of TESOL Qualifying Organizations, which inspects the curriculum, materials, trainers and facilities quarterly. 130 hours, taught in class.

Naming the body matters

Plenty of providers sell a "120-hour accredited TEFL" without saying who accredits it. We name the body behind each course so you can check it yourself.

What you actually get

A certificate from a school that answers to an outside body, earned face to face in the country you'll teach in, alongside a paid job that's arranged before you fly.
